August 20, 2018 – Due to forest fires in various regions of British Columbia, we have adjusted our fare policies to assist affected customers.
Customers who are scheduled to travel to, from or via Prince George, Williams Lake, Kelowna, Trail, Anahim Lake, Bella Coola or Cranbrook between August 16 and August 25, 2018 may contact our call centre at 1-800-663-2872 to modify their reservation. Changes fees will not be applied and customers original fare will be honoured. Customers who wish to cancel their reservation will be provided with a full credit that is valid for one year from the date of original purchase.
If you purchased your flight with a travel agent or online travel agency, please contact them directly for assistance.
Should you, or anyone you know, need to purchase a new ticket from Prince George, Williams Lake, Kelowna, Trail, Anahim Lake, Bella Coola or Cranbrook as a result of the state of emergency, Pacific Coastal Airlines is offering a 25% discount to either Vancouver or Victoria.
